No. Both tiers only charge a fee when a sale actually goes through Sukii checkout. Sukii Tampok's ₱399/month is the one exception — that's a subscription for priority placement and the Suki Boost pool, separate from the per-sale fee.
Yes. You can upgrade to Sukii Tampok anytime from your Seller Portal. If a Sukii Tampok renewal isn't completed, your account simply moves back to Sukii Libre — your listings stay live.
Buyers pay online through Sukii's PayMongo checkout. Sukii deducts its fee and settles the rest to you on a regular schedule — details are in your Seller Portal and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
