2. What Sukii does and does not do
Sukii lists Sellers' products so Buyers can find, buy, and pay for them online. Sukii does process Buyer payment through PayMongo and remit Seller proceeds under our Terms. Sukii does not manufacture, hold stock of, pack, ship, or guarantee any product or service — those remain the Seller's responsibility.
3. No endorsement or warranty
A listing on Sukii is not an endorsement, certification, or guarantee. We make no warranty — express or implied — about any Seller's products, services, quality, safety, pricing, availability, legality, or business conduct. Buyers should use their own judgement.
4. Verification has limits
We ask Sellers for documents (such as a DTI registration and a government ID) to support community trust. This basic verification confirms certain registration details only; it is not an audit and does not guarantee a Seller's honesty, product quality, or that they will fulfil any Order.
5. Do your due diligence
Before ordering, we encourage Buyers to read the listing carefully, ask questions through in-platform chat, and confirm details like size, customization, or pickup arrangements. Payment through Sukii adds a layer of protection described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, but does not remove the need for good judgement.
6. Limited liability for fulfilment
Because the Seller — not Sukii — prepares and delivers each Order, we are not responsible or liable for the quality, safety, or timeliness of a Seller's fulfilment, except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy for payments made through the Platform.
7. Accuracy of information
Listing content is largely provided by Sellers. While we aim for a trustworthy platform, we do not warrant that all information is accurate, complete, or current, and we are not liable for errors or omissions in Seller-provided content.
8. External links
Sukii contains links to third-party pages (such as a Seller's Facebook or Messenger, where they've opted to show it). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those sites.
9. Not professional advice
Content on Sukii is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for your specific situation.
10. "As is" & limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that extent, Advervia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sukii. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be waived under the Consumer Act (RA 7394) or other applicable law.
